Our Contracting Service
We renovate spaces and structures for private and business clients. We specialise upgrading properties to achieve higher energy labels including roofing, isolation and A+++ grade installations.

Concept Development and design
We develop concepts and designs for real estate projects and private properties. Our team will perform a thorough evaluation of the existing structure, licensing status, and development potential. We then develop a concept and architecture designs in collaboration with the client.

Acquiring permits
We prepare all the documentation required to acquire licensing and permits for renovation. After years of experience in heritage buildings, we have a strong knowledge of construction regulations in terms of preservation, materials, fire prevention, safety, and general municipal requirements. We also work on maximising energy labels to A++ and above, using isolation, heat pumps, solar panels, and ecological building materials.
