︎roof restoration and isolation
︎interior layout redesign incuding new loft floors, additional rooms and bathrooms 
︎parquet flooring
︎rewiring plumbing and electricity
︎building completely new bathrooms using marble and microcement for clean finishing
︎installing new windows and doors, and where possible, rennovating existing ones
︎installing heat pumps and solar panels
︎restoring historic elements such as direplaces and ceiling ornaments
