Maison Haas Hustinx
Maison Haas Hustinx is housed in two monumental buildings constructed in 1920, overlooking the Vrijthof. The 17 rooms were built & restored with great respect to the historic site and furnished with modern amenities. In 2020, a seamless structure was erected behind the houses, home to Sanctum Spa and restaurant Safar.
Our direct ownership of the entire project has resulted in extensive experience in multiple aspects of the hospitality landscape. We developed the brand and designs in house, building on the history and heritage of the space and its cultural surroundings. The brand was translated into an in-house designed and build website portfolio, connected to the most cutting edge hospitality software available.
The project is run extremely efficient and emphasizes digitization and automation. By enabling the most important pieces of software to have a direct integration with eachother, we can limit the amount of manual input when providing different services to guests; eliminating staff costs and minimizing the chances of human input error. At the same time our digital support system makes it possible to become less reluctant on external advisors and expensive consultants. We focus on user friendly interfaces and automated back end accounting.
